SCGC™ offers plastic resins for wire and cable manufacturing, including PE, PVC Resin & PVC Compounds, and XLPE.


PE: Ideal for black compound jacketing and LAN cable insulation.
PVC Resin & PVC Compounds: Compliant with local and international standards, suitable for various applications, such as building wires, communication wires, electrical appliances, plugs, cable adhesive tapes, and special cables like high flame retardant and low-smoke, low-halogen cables.
XLPE: Multiple grades available through Siloplast and Siloxance processes for low to medium voltage power cables, up to 25 kV.

SCGC™ HDPE H2001WC is a black bimodal high density polyethylene compound for jacketing in fiber optic and power cable applications. It contains well-dispersed carbon black to provide excellent weathering and UV resistance.

SCGC™ HDPE H624WC is a black bimodal high density polyethylene compound for jacketing of fiber optic and power cable applications. Its MFR and density are outer the traditional range which provide better processability, and also contains appropriate level of additives and well-dispersed carbon black to ensure excellent weathering resistance.

SCGC™ LLDPE L546WC is a black linear low density polyethylene compound for jacketing in communication cable applications. It contains well-dispersed carbon black to provide excellent weathering resistance and UV resistance.

SCGC™ MDPE M545WC is a black medium density polyethylene compound for jacketing in power cable and communication cable applications. It contains well-dispersed carbon black to provide excellent weathering resistance and UV resistance.

Polyvinyl Chloride Homopolymer having low molecular weight, is white and free-flowing resins produced by suspension polymerization process. The resin can easily blend with variety of additives to achieve desired qualities needed in many applications. Applications are ranging from general purpose to special products regarding customer's satisfactions.
