  2. Personal Data We Collect
    1. When you use our services, purchase our products, become a member of our website, application; we collect the following personal data:
      (1) Personal information such as ID cards, ID number, title, name, date of birth, mobile number, email, marital status, conversation history, passport, facebook account, LINE account;
      (2) Contact information such as email address, telephone number, home address, office address, social media account;
      (3) Information related to your work such as occupation, position, work experience;
      (4) Information related to purchase of products or services such as purchase history, claim history, complaints;
      (5) Personal data you have given to us when you contact us, request our after sales services, participate in our research or interviews.
    2. When you visit our website or application or purchase our products or services online, we collect the following personal data:
      (1) Information about your registration such as name, email address, mobile number, passwords;
      (2) Information about electronic devices that you use, such as IP Address, location data, and other device identifier;
      (3) The type and version of the browser you use and the type and version of a plug – in;
      (4) Time Zone setting.
    3. When you contact us or participate in any activity with us, such as contacting the contact center, take part in a customer satisfaction survey, and participate in our loyalty activities; we collect the following personal data:
      (1) Personal information, such as name, date of birth, photograph, identification card number, passport number, airlines membership number (e.g. Royal Orchid Plus), health information (food allergies);
      (2) Contact information such as name, last name, telephone number, email , address;
      (3) Information about your participation in our activities, such as previous history of activities, photographs taken during your participation.
    4. We may need to collect and process special categories of personal data, as defined by personal data protection law, to fulfill the objectives we set out in this privacy notice such as
      (1) In some cases, we may collect your special categories of personal data even if the product or service you received is not directly associated with information such information. For instance, we do not intend to collect information about your religious belief but we obtain such information when we collect an image of your identification card; and
      (2) We might have to collect your health information, e.g. food allergies, when we organize a customer relationship activity for you.
    5. Where necessary, we will process your special categories personal data only when you give us explicit consent or for other purposes as required by law. We will ensure that we will try our best to provide adequate security measures to protect your special categories personal data.

  4. Consent, Withdrawal and Consequences
    1. You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time but such withdrawal will not affect the validity of the processing made prior to the withdrawal of consent.
    2. Your withdrawal of consent or refusal to provide certain information may result in us being unable to fulfill some or all of the objectives stated in this privacy notice.
    3. If you are under 20 years of age, you shall, prior to giving the consent, inform us of your parent or guardian so that we shall also be able to ask consent from them.

      (1) Companies in SCG Chemicals Business Unit (“affiliates”) to provide you with products and services and to communicate with you and
      (2) Individuals and entities which are not our affiliates ("third parties") for the purpose of collecting and processing personal information as described in this privacy notice such as our dealers, transport and logistics service providers, postal service providers, tour operators, event organizers, data processing service providers, marketing service providers (who might send messages to you to promote our products and services), contractors (who might perform tasks on our behalf), financial service providers (such as banks, payment companies, electronic payment service providers, credit providers), IT service providers (such as providers of cloud services, blockchain systems, data analytics, SMS, or emails), IT developers, programmers, auditors, consultants, advisors, government agencies (e.g. the Revenue Department, the Anti-Money Laundering Office), insurers, legal advisors, third parties (in Thailand or anywhere else) that are related to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes or requirements under the laws or regulations of Thailand or laws and regulations of other jurisdictions that apply to us, our affiliates, or financial institutions to manage risks and to help detect and prevent illegal acts and fraud that may occur and other violations to our policies and agreements, and other persons who have to obtain your personal data to make us able to conduct business, provide products and services, and meet the purposes for the collection and processing of personal data as described in this privacy notice.
    2. In the event of a restructuring, sale, or transfer of our business or assets; we may disclose your personal data to a transferee or an acquirer and their advisor. However, we will use or best effort to protect your personal data which includes requiring the transferee or the acquirer and their advisor to comply with this privacy notice.
  7. Transferring Personal Data Overseas
    1. We may send or transfer your personal data to our affiliates or other persons in a foreign country if it is necessary in order for us to perform our obligations in the contract to which you are the counterparty or contract between us and third party for your benefit, to respond to your pre-contractual request; to protect your and third party’s life, body and health, to comply with laws or to the extent necessary for the public interest activities.

    1. When you participate in any of our activities, whether they are organized by us or a person we hire or they are co-organized by us and another entity, or when you enter our premises; we collect the following personal data:

      2. Video and audio, both still images and motion pictures (including photographs and videos recorded in the seminars or in our event locations);

      1.  We collect, monitor, and process your images and video recorded by CCTV (we do not record audio) in these areas and this information can be used to identify you. However, we will display signage to notice you about the areas where CCTV are in operation.

        • Personal information of visitors, such as name, surname, telephone number, email, identity card information or other similar proof of identity; 
        • When you enter our premises by vehicle, we collect and process the registration number of the vehicle.
      3. We require you to register when you use our Wi-Fi services and personal data that we collect in order to provide the Wi-Fi services to you includes first name, last name, telephone number, email etc.

      1. When we have to use certain information for our security purposes e.g. facial recognition, finger print to verify your identity;

    1. We process your personal data because it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject e.g. company management (for example, setting up, capital increase, capital reduction, business restructuring, change of registration items), shareholders meeting, nomination of a director of a company, board meetings, management of rights and duties of shareholders or debenture holders, dividend payment, interest payment of debentures, accounting and legal inspection reports, deliveries of documents or books, including duties under the laws governing a limited company, public company limited, or companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (whichever applies).

  2. Personal Data We Collect
    1. When you reserve our shares or debentures or become a shareholder or debenture holder, we collect personal data of you as a shareholder, debenture holder, attorney, orproxy. We collect the data directly from you or through a securities broker or registrar. The personal data we collect includes name, surname, address, telephone number, email, contact methods, nationality, occupation, date of birth, tax ID, identification number, juristic person registration number, bank account, and number of shares.
    2. When you apply to be a member or are offered to be a member of an application and privilege group, such as SCG Debenture Club, we collect additional personal data such as health history, preferences, information about your associates, airline membership number, and information of members of your family. You will be notifying this privacy notice to that person.
    3. If you are nominated or appointed as our director, we will collect personal data from you directly and indirectly from government agencies, regulatory agencies, and public sources. Examples of the personal data we collect in this regard are as follows:
      1. In the selection process, we collect personal data from your ID card or government issued documents that can be used to verify your identity such as first name, last name, gender, ID number, passport number, photo, date of birth, nationality, place of birth, height; and

When you are appointed and when you are holding office as a director, we collect additional personal data such as compensation, training, activities, marital status, information about your spouse or companion, wife, children, parents, siblings, blood groups, bank account number, email, educational background, occupation, work history, previous directorship or position in other companies or other businesses, attendance at meetings of the board of directors or sub-committee or shareholders, directors' remuneration, securities holding information, securities company name, director performance, and other information as required by laws or good corporate governance principles.
      3. When you participate in any of our activities, we may collect additional personal data byrequesting your consent on a case-by-case basis. SCG Chemicals Public Company Limited and its affiliates (as listed in the annex and hereinafter collectively referred to as "we") respect the rights to privacy of our individual suppliers, directors of our corporate suppliers, and operators and staff of suppliers (hereinafter referred to as "you"). We have created this privacy notice to inform the details regarding the collection, use, disclosure, deletion, and destruction (collectively, the "processing ") of your personal data, both online and other channels, to ensure that your personal data is protected in accordance with the personal data protection law.

  1. Why We Process Your Personal Data
    1. We process your personal data because it is necessary for the performance of the contracts between us and our suppliers.
    2. We process your personal data because it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us or by a third party. Examples of what your personal data is processed in this regard are as follows:
      1. To perform the contract with our suppliers. We process your personal data for procurement, inspection, payment of goods and services, relationship management, evaluate the work according to the agreements specified in the purchase order, contract, or other documents relevant to the procurement process;

    1. When you contact us or you (or your corporate supplier) supply products or services to us; we collect the following personal data:
      1.  Contact information, especially the information available on your business card, such as email address, telephone number, office address, social media account, instant messaging account;
      2. Information used to verify your identity such as ID cards, ID number, title, name, date of birth, mobile number, email, photograph, identification information;
      3. Information related to your work such as employment, information related to themanagement of your work safety, hygiene, and environment, bank account (for payment), remuneration, occupation, position and other personal data you have given to us when you contact us or supply products or services to us.
    2. When you visit our premises; we collect, monitor, and process your images and video recorded by CCTV (we do not record audio) in these areas and this information can be used to identify you. However, we will display signage to notice you about the areas where CCTV are in operation.
    3. When you contact us or participate in any activity with us, we collect the following personal data:
      1. Personal information, such as name, date of birth, photograph, identification card number, passport number;
      2. Contact information such as telephone number, email, address, instant messaging account;
      3. Information regarding your complaint
      4. Information about your participation in our activities, such as previous history of activities, photographs taken during your participation.
    4. We may need to collect and process special categories of personal data, as defined by personal data protection law, to fulfill the objectives we set out in this privacy notice such as
