SCGC™ produces many types of plastic resins for pipe, wire & cable, underground storage tanks, septic tanks, and manholes. SCGC™ offers plastic resins with excellent stiffness and high impact resistance to withstand higher pressure.

SCGC™ HDPE H1000PC is a black, bimodal technology, high density polyethylene compound classified as MRS 10.0 material (PE100) providing superior in mechanical properties and processablity. In addition, it includes a good dispersion of carbon black pigment and anti-oxidant to ensure excellent long term in UV resistance and thermal stability.

SCGC™ HDPE H1000PCH is a black, bimodal technology, high density polyethylene compound. It is classified as a PE100RC material with excellent resistance to crack, following the material requirements of EN1555-1:2021.

SCGC™ HDPE H112PC is a black high density polyethylene compound producing from high selective catalyst in the precise process control system, bimodal technology. SCGC™ HDPE H112PC is classified as MRS 11.2 material (PE112). It provides superior long-term hydrostatic strength balancing with high slow crack growth and rapid crack propagation resistance. It has been designed for better safety factor in long-term use. Besides that, it can be produced in all ranges of pipe diameters, especially recommended for the production of very thick wall and large diameter pipe.

SCGC™ HDPE H2001WC is a black bimodal high density polyethylene compound for jacketing in fiber optic and power cable applications. It contains well-dispersed carbon black to provide excellent weathering and UV resistance.

In addition, it includes a good dispersion of carbon black pigment and anti-oxidant to ensure excellent long term in UV resistance and thermal stability.

SCGC™ M3863RW is a lilinear-low density polyethylene (LLDPE) for rotational moulding with Hexene co-monomer (C6). M3863RW is a natural color PE resin aviailable in a pellet form. With an extra UV resistance (20), high stiffness and good impact resistance, long durability and excellent ESCR, this grade suitable for rotational moulding of large water tanks, undergroud tanks and chemical tanks

SCGC™ MDPE M545WC is a black medium density polyethylene compound for jacketing in power cable and communication cable applications. It contains well-dispersed carbon black to provide excellent weathering resistance and UV resistance.
