Water storage tanks are considered important products of household water systems that require strong, weather-resistant, as well as safe and hygienic properties. In order to accommodate the use of the necessary features of water storage tank applications, SCGC™ has developed LLDPE materials for rotational moulding have passed FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and TIS 816:2556 standards, providing confidence in the production of water tanks.

SCGC™ LLDPE M3504DXP is powder of a linear low density polyethylene octene copolymer for rotational molding applications. M3504DXP are specifically designed for applications requiring excellent environmental stress crack resistance and impact strength combined with low warpage and good processing. It is fully heat and UV stabilized resulting in a wide processing latitude, good color retention, and long life expectancy. Both of them are recommended for large and thick tanks with a generous radius and curve.

SCGC™ M3565RW is a lilinear-low density polyethylene (LLDPE) with Hexene co-monomer (C6) for rotational moulding. M3565RW is a natural color PE resin aviailable in a pellet form.With a high UV resistance (8), good balancing of stiffness & impact, excellent surface finishing, good dimension tolerance and excellent ESCR, this grade suitable for rototional moulding of water tanks, chemical tanks and Automotive parts.

SCGC™ LLDPE M3804RU is a linear-low density polyethylene (LLDPE) for indoor / semi-indoor rotational moulding applications. M3804RU is a natural color PE resin available in a pellet and powder form. This grade is suitable for rotational moulding of storage tanks and general purpose applications which are indoor / semi-indoor or for thin wall (wall thickness less than 5 mm) parts.

SCGC™ LLDPE M3804RW and Marvel™ M10 are linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) for rotational molding applications. M3804RW is a natural color PE resin available in a pellet and powder form, whereas M10 is the color compound version. These grades are suitable for rotational molding of storage tanks and general applications.
