Rayong - 30 August 2022 SCGC has granted an area of 14 rai and 3 ngan (23,600 sq.m.) to Map Ta Phut Municipality for the construction of a public park for residents in the vicinity in place of the public land withdrawn earlier. The soon-to-be-built Map Ta Phut Municipal Public Park will serve as a new green lung for the community, a center for health enthusiasts, and a venue for communal activities for the locals. SCGC will also develop an integrated waste separation process in accordance with circular economy principles for the park to promote a low-carbon lifestyle in pursuit of ESG goals. Booneuame Noiaim, Managing Director of RIL 1996 Co., Ltd. under SCG Chemicals, represented the organization at the delivery ceremony.
