SCG Chemicals' ROOTS Wins FTI Startup Award 2021, Boosting Thai Industry's Competitiveness

Bangkok - 20 December 2021 ROOTS, a startup company founded by SCG Chemicals, was awarded the FTI Startup Award 2021 by the Federation of Thai Industries and the National Innovation Agency. The awards were presented to three startup teams in the FTI Startup Connext 2021 program with outstanding work in creating innovative products or services that address problems or boost competitiveness in the Thai industry with the potential to foster collaboration, leading to the expansion of B2B startups with the Federation of Thai Industries. Chulalux Onpanicharee, Co-founder of ROOTS, received the award on behalf of the company from Supant Mongkolsuthree, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries.

ROOTS is an online trading platform for businesses that simplifies, streamlines, and speeds up the purchasing process, saving time and cost. The platform can also collect data to aid in the systematic analysis of purchasing strategies, leveraging digital technologies to boost productivity and expand into a business.
