Rayong Social Security Office and SCG Chemicals Build Vaccine Center to Provide Jabs to Insured Workers Under Section 33 and Accelerate Workers' Vaccination Drive

Rayong – 13 July 2021 Rayong Social Security Office, in partnership with SCG Chemicals, established the “Social Security Office and SCG Rayong Vaccine Center” for workers insured under Section 33 at the office building of RIL Industrial Estate under Chemicals Business, SCG, in Rayong Province.

SCG Chemicals has supplied venues and facilities for healthcare workers and insured individuals allocated for vaccination from 8 July to 18 August 2021, for a 42-day period. The support is meant to supplement the Social Security Office's Section 33 policy of supplying vaccines to insurers in four economic provinces: Rayong, Chonburi, Chachoengsao, and Samut Prakan. Over 400,000 insurers in the country's dark red zones have already been inoculated, and vaccines will be provided in other provinces later.

In this occasion, Assistant to the Labour Minister Surachai Chaitrakulthong, Rayong Governor Charnna Iamsaeng, Rayong Deputy Governor Anan Nakniyom, and other stakeholders, paid a visit to the center's operations. Preeda Vatchratiensakul, Managing Director of Thai Polyethylene Co., Ltd., Pichet Tangpanyarat, Managing Director of Rayong Olefins Co., Ltd., Paisan Lekskulchai, Managing Director of Map Ta Phut Olefins Co., Ltd., Booneuame Noiaim, Managing Director of RIL 1996 Co., Ltd., and the management team of Chemicals Business, SCG, extended a warm welcome to all visitors.
