SCG and Delta Sign MoU to Collaborate in Innovative Industrial Solutions

Samut Prakan – 5 October 2020 Chemicals Business, SCG, and Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for joint business collaboration in the development of innovative industrial solutions for integrating hardware and advanced analytical software.

Mr. Tanawong Areeratchakul, President of Chemicals Business, SCG and Mr. Charoenchai Prathuangsuksri, Managing Director of Rayong Engineering and Plant Service Co., Ltd. signed the MoU with Mr. Jackie Chang, Delta Thailand President, and Mr. Curtis Ku, Delta's Regional Business Director. Mr. Roongrote Rangsiyopash, President and CEO of SCG, witnessed the signing.

Delta introduced the company’s smart manufacturing, energy infrastructure and power backup solutions, and gave an extensive presentation of Delta’s Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions combined with DIACloud communications, control and field devices for factory processes and building management to the Chemicals Business, SCG.

In addition, Delta led the factory tour with the highly-automated Delta Smart Manufacturing (DSM) production lines and explored the company’s industrial automation solutions and vast product portfolio.
