KoomKah Joins Hands with AMATA to Develop Larger-Scale Waste Management Solution for

Bangkok - 16 September 2020 Chemicals Business, SCG, led by Mr. Tanawong Areeratchakul, President of Chemicals Business, SCG, and Mr. Chalermpol Hoonpongsimanont, Circular Economy Business Director, collectively signed a memorandum of understanding on the feasibility study for the development of the KoomKah Smart Manifest program with Amata Facility Services represented by Mr. Viboon Kromadit, Director and Chief Marketing Officer of Amata Corp PCL, and Mr. Aukkares Choochuay, Managing Director of Amata Facility Service. The signing was witnessed by Miss Namthip Samphowprasert, Brand Management and CSR Director, and KoomKah team members.

KoomKah Smart Manifest is a further development of the web application “KoomKah,” which is to be developed as a solution for waste bank management and support the operations of “Amata” industrial estate. The program aims to reduce process redundancy and potential errors and enhance waste management effectiveness in industrial estate operations.

At present, over 66 waste banks in Bangkok, Rayong, and other provinces across Thailand have adopted the KoomKah web application. KoomKah web application is developed to fit a wide range of facility settings from community centers, educational institutions, companies, stores, project-based establishments to any facilities.
