In cooler box manufacturing, the most challenging issue is delamination between the PE plastic layer and the PU Foam. This leads to bulging, deformation, and loss of thermal insulation efficiency, eventually resulting in high reject rates. 

Currently, manufacturers often rely on "PE Flake Spraying" or physical surface treatments to create a rough internal texture for mechanical bonding, a process that is time-consuming, adds extra steps, and is difficult to control for consistent quality.
