Circular Plas, an SCGC subsidiary, owns proprietary Advanced Recycling Technology to address plastic waste beyond mechanical recycling

Built on SCGC’s catalytic pyrolysis platform, this advanced recycling technology has been in continuous commercial operation since 2021, delivering proven performance and operational reliability at industrial scale.

Leveraging SCGC’s integrated value chain, the technology converts mixed and contaminated plastic waste—including multi-material plastic — into high-quality hydrocarbons, such as circular naphtha and oil. These outputs are used as ISCC Pluscertified advanced recycled feedstock for the production of PE and PP, enabling traceable and credible circular solutions for brand owners.

Designed for scalability through parallel reactor configuration, SCGC’s advanced recycling technology supports stable supply and consistent quality, helping extend circularity beyond the limits of mechanical recycling.
