It highlights the commitment of ordinary people with extraordinary determination, drawing inspiration from three amazing communities. This project not only creates jobs and income but also endlessly passes on good things to society. The "Amazing Community" project showcases a social mission where SCGC provides care, support, and enhances local wisdom and professional skills, leading to the creation of sustainable jobs and income.

Baan Ralin Green Living Community Enterprise

“The Baan Ralin Green Living Community Enterprise that we established reflects the lifestyle of the new generation who aspire to run a good business with a mindset of environmental conservation, while also creating sustainable income and careers,” says Ranyana Chancharoen (Por), the chairperson of the Baan Ralin Green Living Community Enterprise group, explaining the new generation's aspiration to care for the world through an eco-friendly business.

Originating from a family deeply involved in organic farming, the journey led to the creation of the "Baan Ralin" organic products brand, which uses 100% natural ingredients. This initiative has fostered a network of organic farmers in the area, advancing a mission for environmental sustainability. It channels the love and care within a family into creating organic products by linking them with organic farming methods. The non-toxic, 100% natural ingredient organic products from the Baan Ralin Green Living Community Enterprise represent a modern, eco-conscious way of life.

The Baan Thapma Stingless Beekeeping Community Enterprise

This enterprise is a story of retirees who refuse to stand still, passing on the wisdom of stingless beekeeping to neighboring communities. This wisdom, passed down through generations, brings happiness to the elderly while generating income and fostering a better environment. As a result, small stingless bee hives are now spread throughout Rayong province. The honey from Rayong's stingless bees is unique and distinctive, possessing medicinal properties that can be used to create numerous healthy products under the brand "Baan Mee Chan Dee."

“Our community enterprise is a vessel for wisdom that blends with a contemporary touch and can revitalize the elderly in the community, giving them a new sense of vibrancy," states Prapai Kotcharin, chairperson of the Baan Thapma Stingless Beekeeping Community Enterprise. Her words reflect the group's objective, which, despite being composed of seniors, aligns with the ever-changing modern world. Prapai's interest in beekeeping began as a hobby after her retirement from civil service. Through extensive research, she discovered the "stingless bee," an insect with significant economic benefits, which led to a collaboration to raise stingless bees among the elderly in the community.

Mab Chalud Community Enterprise

The fabric bags from the "Chalud" brand are products of the Mab Chalud Community Enterprise in Rayong. The group was formed by women, mostly housewives, who faced limitations in working outside their homes. They came together to use their free time and craft skills to create products, giving rise to a wonder within the community driven by the power of ordinary women. Led by "To," the woman behind the impeccably crafted fabric bags, this community is a model from the "Amazing Community" campaign. It demonstrates the amazing power of a women's group to create jobs, generate income, and achieve sustainable self-reliance.
