The Rice Berry Snack Bar "Rice Me" was conceived to conserve the last paddy fields in Map Ta Phut, an initiative of the Koh Kok Community Enterprise in the Mueang District, Rayong Province. SCGC has supported the development of local fruit recipes and collaborated with experts from the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research to produce nutritional information. In collaboration with innovative machinery design experts, the capacity to produce and package these bars for nationwide convenience store distribution was enhanced. The product has been awarded for its exceptional contribution to the healthy Thai lifestyle community.
