Application
Information about vacancies can be found here and interested candidates may apply on-line for positions that suit their educational background, competence and professional experience.

Interview
An assessment of functional qualifications and cultural fit will be conducted through an interview process, which consists of an initial screening and a final interview with a hiring committee. This process also offers a good opportunity for the candidates to gain a better understanding of SCG Chemicals and the job.

Selection
We aim to select the individual most qualified for each opportunity and to put the right person on the right job. Candidates will be informed of the interview result within one week.

Hiring
Successful candidates are required to have a pre-employment medical check-up. Upon health clearance, they will be initially hired on a probationary basis for 180 days. Towards the end of the period, an evaluation will be conducted by their direct supervisor to determine suitability for permanent employment.
